Ladder of Integrity

The latest resource I’m sharing is one that I have used the past 5 years in various contexts. It has been helpful for me personally and for clients and family members to discern and figure out what really is going on inside as well as figure out productive steps forward. It gives language and provides a framework for conversation that is productive and objective, not antagonistic or personal.

This tool was shared by a mentor of mine from a book titled the Emotionally Healthy Leader by Peter Scazzero. I have also seen it referenced in other sources.
